Original XCOM Extended Perk Tree Editor for XCOM Enemy Unknown:

Original Tool

Make sure the squaddie perks are in both respective fields that can be changed and shared perks are in the middle,
otherwise the corresponding field of the converted perk tree is going to be empty.
The original tool doesn't always handle it that way, but changing anything here would make it uncompatible.

Let me know if this contains any mistakes or if you want to improve the code. As I'm far from being a coder myself, I am sure I didn't choose the best solution.

Sorry, but that's not possible. Sometimes life choices are final. :-( For example going from 2 perks per rank to 4. ;-)
