Let me know if this contains any mistakes or if you want to improve the code. As I'm far from being a coder myself, I am sure I didn't choose the best solution.

My way to include the stat increases is very slow, so please let me know if you have any idea how to improve that.
The stat increases are below the perks in the list. The list would have been too long, so only values up to 3 are included.
For other values, choose "you decide" and replace the resulting 199 with what you want in the output.
Note that mobility can only have values of 0 (+0), 1 (+1) or 2 (-1). Anything else will produce unexpected results.

Remember not to use IE (very slow).

On this page, the perks are sorted in the following categories (in this order):

Aim (provides Aim boost)
Attack (special Attack like Holo-Targeting)
CritDam (provides critical damage)
Dam (provides additional damage)
Def (Defensive bonus)
Mov (provides option for additional movement
OW (Overwatch ability)
Shot (provides (potential) additional shots)
Sniper/Heavy/Support (more or less class specific abilities)
Gren (Grenade ability)
Special
PSI
GeneMod
MEC

In these categories they are mostly sorted alphabetically, in Gren by what I thought was the best order.
I made this page for myself. Since I don't use MECs, I did not include them here. Let me know if you want me to add a page like this for them as well.
The seed number on this page is not compatible with any seed number on the other pages.

Sorry, but that's not possible. Sometimes life choices are final. :-( For example going from 2 classes with shared perks to 2 completely seperate classes. ;-)
